thanks a lot! one more question, how did you manage to keep it healthy after bleaching and coloring it so many times, like you said?
Many different reasons
I didn’t wash it every day (2-3 times a week) - If you hate the feel/look of greasy hair get some dry shampoo but i don’t recommend using it all the time.Â
I have a short hair cut, meaning I get it cut every month. Basically what this means is, new natural hair grows back, and i cut off more damaged hair. Then rebleach and dye the new hair growth. So basically my head is always “freshly dyed” and never “over dyed” so it’s not as damaged as someone with really long hair who would get the same hair touched up over and over.Â
SERIOUSLY. NATURAL OILS ARE BETTER THAN OILS YOU BUY ANYWHERE. LET YOUR HAIR PRODUCE THE OILS. Everyones hair produces sebum. However if your hair is particularly dry I suggest trying out argan, coconut, grapeseed, tea tree, shea butter, and other oils.Â
