this reply was too long so i made it a separate post. xkit (which is an extension that helps the tumblr experience) used to make it easier to make replies. but copy/paste is easy enough.

nah blind cats can get around pretty well, especially in wild colonies or shelters since they have other cats to teach them the person's kitten is probably that way bc, well, they're a kitten and no one taught them/they havent figured it out yet

Well that’s the point of the post. Amber did the eye thing when she controlled the elements. So it’s easy to make the connection that Cinder can do the thing if she uses a great amount of Maiden power.

Thus when Vernal “shows” her powers it’ll make sense if her eyes did too. But as the majority shows, we all totally forget that Cinder wasn’t just being extra™
