this is less an actual plot and more like two ideas (which could be turned into a plot if both get taken???) but time for me to throw some random things at my gal pal sailor yates. below are a couple of ideas!! but they’re purposefully fairly open bc i like plotting things out together!!

i. the good guy

a guy who is possibly the polar opposite of sailor in many ways. where she’s abrasive and blunt, he spares people’s feelings; where she grew up in a dumpster family, his was probably wholesome; where she’s embedded in criminal activity, he’s probably helping the law. but fate brought them together, possibly a drunken hook up that never went away. and there’s a spark between them that no one quite understands, yet their opposite lives drive a wedge between them. she flirts, attempts seduction to the dark side (so to speak) and refuses to let his good side rub off; he’s polite, respectful in a way she hasn’t known and refuses to give him to her seduction. it’s a game of tug o’ war with two unlikely outcomes. 

tldr; a good guy to come into sailor’s life and basically not give in to her criminal, seductive ways and be a good influence on her whilst she becomes a bad influence on him. any age between 22 - 35 years old (bc a good older guy could be fun too) and just run faces by me, or can be an already made charrie tooo!! 

ii. the bad guy

a guy who’s like sailor in many ways, possibly grew up in a similar family situation - maybe even was her neighbor in a run down trailer trash area. possibly got on the wrong side of the law with a lot of pent up emotions that aren’t easily expressed in the typical way. in so many ways when they’re together, there’s a lot wrong with it. they fight, they smash plates, they encourage each other’s bad habits and discourage any of the good ones. they do nothing together and achieve nothing together. but the chemistry is unrivaled. and despite the toxicity of their relationship, there’s something comforting in having someone understand your own experiences. he gives her space when she needs it, comes closer when she needs it; she doesn’t try to change him, but she does in a surprising way. neither have been particularly good at expressing themselves, but each other make them want to.
