I mean, Morgan, Tony and Pepper are kinda of the stand in for all the children and families established after the snap. Even if reproduction rates slowed, there’d be millions of new children to account for each year. I think they should have clarified the abilities of the reality stone for people. That one in particular is hard not to dismiss as an answer to a lot scenarios.
