Sissel is a tall and well-built rabbit who often wears old, ragged clothing. He works as a waiter at Café du Coeur but later becomes their pastry chef. Sissel seems confrontational and verbally aggressive at first, but it's a facade he puts on after years of having to fend for himself on the streets when he was younger. Once he gets to know someone, he opens up, showing his warmer and more pleasant side.
