To me, the journey of #healing & knowing the self, of expanding your #consciousness, of living what we call #Ascension, stepping into your power & into the life you desire & deserve ... all starts with learning to recognize & #repattern yourself. Learning to see & reset the ways in which you're living from #wound, from #ego, from #pattern, or from #fear. Only then in my opinion, can you truly advance yourself without limitation. I find that there are generally 2 kinds of fear #patterns in people. You either fear doing, having, or experiencing something; OR you fear not doing, having, or experiencing something. Both hold you back. Figure out your fears to move forward fearlessly. It is a process for all of us.
