“And so is your face, but you don’t see me complaining.” He’snot smirking for nothing, Leo knows too well how to control himself but seeinghow people interact with each other, which is too pathetic to ignore, made hima little reckless with his actions, depicting it with how his facial expressionchanged overtime. He didn’t know what the younger did to watch him and hisactions but however he puts it, it all derives and conclude on one thing; he’sbeen keeping his eyes on his expression, and that isn’t entirely flattering atall, if anything, it’s quite disturbing to think about.
Why they in that park anyway, what are they doing there? Noone knows, but Leo likes the idea of relaxing this way. It’s calming yet alittle annoying as to how people see them as strangers, constantly walking, pacing around, unable to comprehend on what is actually happening right infront of them. Leo never thought of how he should change himself, but to changethe people that are insanely putting him in a tight spot, the reason why hecame back to Korea from a whirlwind trip from his second country of origin wasbecause he was asked to do a favor that he can’t refuse, one that involves hisfamily and their own interest, aside from his. Being that intelligent gives hima step forward with theories that could come at hand at some point, but no onetaught him how to live thoroughly, always constantly pacing around himself andthe shadow of his ancestors, almost as if trailing of the path they walkedthrough.
With a tight purse of his lips, he slowly turns to theyounger male, who was sitting beside him in such a casual position. It’s tooclose, he wants to say, but his lips were closed and sealed at the upbringingof the topic about him smirking at the sight unfolded in front of them, all Leocould do is to sigh—he will never understand, no, no one can actuallyunderstand the pain that his mind endlessly lets him think about; all is abouthow stupid humanity could be. “Resting can be done some other time, we shouldprobably get some breakfast. The reason why you don’t grow taller is that youdon’t have enough nutrients to support you and your tiny little pea brain, let’sget some food.” And with that, Leo stands up without thinking of how relentlesshis words are, all he knows is that the kid needs to learn how harsh realitycould be, even if it has to come from him.
