How does one slow it down SLIGHTLY?

I've been eating McDonald's a lot lately so I have gained some weight (I fit pants bigger than my usual qwq), and I'm kinda happy about that..But is that a good thing? Because sometimes I feel icky too. And it's not like Im gaining a lot.

Should I gain weight? I'm only 118. I was 115.
