± While the crisis in Midgar had been averted; the remains of Jenova locked away tight with limited access and city in the rebuild, the Turks were no less diligent in work now than ever. In fact, they kept very close watch, some doing damage assessments, while others were monitoring work pursued.

And now that one had spotted the remnants return; someone had to watch them carefully as well. Even while they may or may not be a threat now, they still existed now, and was to be well moderated for behavior, and more information on what the race of Jenova was like on a regular basis.

Even if the Turks had managed a modified one, the three were more important in learning the nature as a general whole and truly acting alien. They all took turns of course, though there was still limited number; and the blond most willing to work by night as she had the time otherwise freed.
