Those with an open heart, live free. How much do you keep to yourself? How much stuff do you hold back or keep secret? It is not a bad thing, not at all! Yet when you release, when you reveal to the world those secret parts, you are set free in many ways! Think about something you dont tell many people. Think about something you do not often share. I am not telling you to reveal it to anyone, but consider what it would be like to live freely in that, and not have to act or hide away that thing. Would you feel better? Sometimes the answer could be no, but I think most of the time it is easy and freeing to just say... 'This is me'. Sometimes we just need to reveal those parts of ourselves that we have kept secret. Again, not because it is bad to keep something secret, it just feels incredible to not have to hold something back or in, it just feels wonderful to not have anything you are afraid to share. Think about something you could reveal today. It might surprise you how special the moment will be.
