One simple way to be more inclusive to #lgbtq communities: Use both gender pronouns or use gender neutral language when discussing attraction. For example, @todayshow instead of just specifically addressing the "Ladies" when discussing attraction to heartthrob Ryan Gosling try using a more gender neutral (more realistic 😉) phrase "People already find Ryan Gosling irresistible..."
