AWE WOULD STRETCH ACROSS HER EXPRESSION, and green depths shimmered a sense of fear and delight. a thousand thoughts seemed to gallop through her mind, misty STRUGGLING to settle on just one. the fact before her was that this was another alicorn... one as elegant and powerful looking as opaline... perhaps even greater. with gentle colors of night and... an u n u s u a l leg, admittedly, but that didn't bother the younger too deeply. it only piqued curiosity, only made her want to flood questions.
but, as usual, timidness kept her quiet. at least for the first few heartbeats. then the mare began to fumble through words, forcing them out of her throat, heat blushing cheeks ever so slightly as she became increasingly aware of her embarrassment. "you're an alicorn! well... i mean... you already knew that. obviously. how could you not, you know, have known. that'd be, uh. c r a z y if you hadn't know you were an alicorn. but i mean, this is awesome because. well, you see... maybe you could help me out. or. opaline out, actually. her magic... is, uh. compromised. right right, that's the word. and she needs help getting it back. oh! right. she's an alicorn, too."
nervous laughter bubbling from her chest, panic growing, she forced a long, deep inhale to try and ease the frantic nature with a flood of fresh air.
"do you think you could... help?"
