Based these answers on Diana's time at the REIA (Regulation of Enhanced Individuals Association) Academy! Thought it'd be kinda fun

What is their weapon of choice? (Or do they prefer fighting barehanded?)

Usually, Siren doesn’t fight with a weapon, because of her powers. But she DOES like to use stuff like grappling hooks to help get up buildings faster, (she likes heights) and she’s good with a knife

What pronouns do people use for them? How do they feel about it? Would they change it if they could?

She/her, no real feelings about it. They don’t COMPLETELY dehumanize her. But they didn’t give her a name, she was EI427 until she graduated, when she was given the hero alias of Siren

How much autonomy are they given?

During training at the REIA Academy, none at all, basically. Strict schedule. Required permission for everything. No choices. It was slightly better when she graduated and began to work as a hero with her handler, Brandon. He allowed her to pick out her outfits when she wasn’t actively serving as ‘Siren,’ she could eat approved snacks (Brandon does all the shopping of course), but her meals were controlled. Schedule controlled. Not allowed outside. 

Do they groom themselves? What details about their appearence are chosen by other people?

She’s allowed to shower by herself, but at the Academy, they were group showers with people supervising. Superiors always chose her clothes, at the Academy hair had to be kept short and pulled back in a bun or ponytail. When she graduated, her handler decided to let it grow out as part of Siren’s ‘trademark.’

How obedient are they? Are they defiant or more compliant?

She was bred within the REIA laboratory, and raised in the Academy. This is the only life she’s ever known. After graduation, when she was finally exposed to the world, she began to rebel a little more. Start to ask questions, challenge her handler’s authority. Three years after her graduation, she finally escaped…. For six months, she was free
