okay. i love bertie and psmith pretty much equally but for completely different reasons, which makes this v difficult. bertie is my sunshine. the light of my life. i mean yeah he’s a massive bitch sometimes but at the end of the day he is a genuinely nice guy who is made happy by seeing other people happy. i love him. psmith, on the other hand, is an enormous asshole. i love him for it, but i also want to slap the shit out of him.
i guess the difference is with bertie i’m like “aw babe” and with psmith i’m like “yOU LITTLE SHIT”. shit, i wanna hang out with both of them so much
but bertie j u s t edges ahead, i think. i love psmith with all my heart, but it’s bertie i’d want to go on a drunken rampage with. psmith would be too sedate, i feel.
