“You would ask for an orchid.” An overly pompous flower for a fellow she’d argue is often overly pompous himself. Evi’s not usually the type to usually make house calls for flower deliveries. She is the type to dole out gentle taunts, which is why she’d never made a great saleswoman. But the truth of the matter is that she’s not standing at Reginald’s door now simply in order to hand over the plant. No, she’s got an inquiry of her own, which is why she tucks her hands into her pockets once the exchange has been completed, her toe scuffing against the ground. “Anyway. Enjoy it, and ah, if you have any questions, they can be fussy sometimes, so...” She’s stalling. Never been especially good at that. “In fact, I’ve got a question of my own for you.
