Hi guys!
I leave you Quinta la Lucila. It was the country house for Urquiza family in Buenos Aires.
The house was demolished, so I worked with old pics for the piano nobile. The rest of it (ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor is just my imagination).
Despite putting some furniture, I really enjoy building and detailing the exterior so you can enjoy decorating the interior.
It was built in a 50x50 lot, but i think it would fit a 40x30 if you are willing to lose the garden.
You can download it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G3saI037dSP9puMkcxrgfEvvWxPQMLMw/view?usp=sharing
I leave you the page I used to build it. Feel free to follow him. He’s always posting the history of grand houses and places of interest that were built in Argentina.

Currently I’m working in Videla Dorna Palace, Uriburu palace, Sans Souci Palace (Alvear Family), Ortiz Basualdo Palace (French embassy in Argentina), and Pereda Palace (brasil’s embassy).
I’ll share them soon, so you can furnish and use them.
