A few things I’ve learned from the goodbyes I’ve faced, from the pain I’ve held in my heart, and from the tear filled nights is that no matter how pain filled it is, you can’t stay there forever. You can’t dwell in the misery. You need to find joy, comfort, and peace in the presence of Jesus. I know it all too well because I’ve been there before. True Joy is found in His grace and I urge you to find it there, it’s the only thing that will take place of that pain in your heart. It’s not easy but it’s worth it. To live a life of joy, because your eyes are set so tightly on Jesus is such a beautiful thing.
