lets also have a bit of #realtalk #reflectingon2018 moments today too. This photo represents literally everything that I personally struggled with thinking was impossible as part of my 2018. I thought I'd loose that Gentleman on the left to a stroke. I thought I'd loose that precious treasure on the right to a unique birth defect. And yet, here I am, at the time of writing this concluding the month of November, shocked that neither of those events didn't overtake my 2018. It's humbling and I'm sure shocking to say even with the surprise that Dad had to have two stints put in his heart on Thanksgiving I would still be eternally grateful for how my 2018 is currently looking to conclude. Do you know what the big take away from "Matt's" 2018 experiences is? Treasure literally every moment with those that are precious to you. As a photographer it's a struggle to try/want to document everything but its an truly an impossible effort. The moments you do get though, those moments are family heirlooms with stories that should be shared for the rest of your days. I'll always share my stories, as much as it may make some uncomfortable. The truth is these are my real true treasures to share as they are everything I hold dear. If those things don't make you cry, are they really treasures? And the truth is, with wealth like this, how could I not want share it with the world?
