Working on reference sheets for ✨Artfight✨! Finally going to participate this year if I can help it :D
First, I've been trying to nail down Sprite's details and think about what all I need to show in a reference. Definitely, I would need to display his two forms (and likely in two different references), and I'll need to highlight the major scars that must stay consistent. I'll also need to make note of every contractual or self-done imprint on his body.

In the second image above, there's a basic sketch of how magic flows through the body! If you want more information on my magic system, you can check it out here! A side note: that figure it just a generalized example. The flow is variable depending on individual (clockwise, counterclockwise, symmetrical, etc.).
Below is an older practice page of Malak. I used it to create the newer reference plans for him.
Here's two reference sheet plans: Malak and Zigg. I still need to work out Zigg's snoot, but otherwise I think I'm almost prepared to attempt their digital ref sheets! I've never colored Malak, so that may take a bit.
I'm also gonna put up two of my sonas because I might as well :D I've already got a ref for the Sackchild, so I'll just need to finalize Kineko's! Also, here's Seros's ref plan too! My main concern for him is how I'm gonna portray him being straight black in color. I'm thinking dark gray for lined stuff and a simple "silhouette" version where it's just his shape in black with the white eyes. I'll also need to show a side view of his clothes.
(His shirt says "CROP TOP" btw- he's too big for insectoid clothing, the only clothing designed for four arms, so he took an avian crop top, which would work well with his wings, and then cropped it further so it stopped rubbing on his lower shoulders. I plan to make the edge look more ragged and shoddily cut in his reference.)
Also here's Mauve and Clara from the Toyger family! I adore them greatly <3 I didn't draw either of em right, but it's a start :) Mauve (top) is stockier and her legs are shorter like in the close-up of her leg. Clara (bottom) is a bit heavier and I drew her breasts wrong (accidentally made the lower pair flat). I'm still figuring out how to draw different body types, so bear with me!
I did end up flipping which side Mauve's scar was on, as seen below.
That's all for now! I'm considering doing Athánatos as well, but I still need to nail down his design first. I may also add I'gnósi and Kaatanevaala, my two god characters.
