In collaboration with @escarpmentlabs, we introduce EDEL. A tribute to Great Aunt Edel, who took part in Jost family grape harvests in Germany in the '50s and '60s. This saison is lightly hopped with Strisselspalt and aged in Tempranillo wine barrels with hints of Petite Milo and Muscat grape must, along with a special blend of yeasts from Escarpment Labs. Creating a bottle-conditioned Saison that is dry and crisp, yet elegantly youthful. It's a big flavour hit in a small, spry package - just like Edel.
