CAUGHT !! (Story below) âŹď¸
Accident⌠the accident⌠at fault?âŚ
Equiva sat down on the couch of his so called warm home.. the thought of what happened to him at those two places in his AU. God, he was only getting more and more curious he just wanted to know what else those âportalsâ could do⌠he ignored them for too long ever since the⌠accident but now he was older, the fear couldnât keep him away forever and so It was decidedâŚ
Equiva took a long deep breath almost like he was preparing himself, damn.. was he actually feeling fear just thinking about revisiting such a placeâ NO. That wasnât important he needed to move now. He got up from the couch and headed for the doorâ âSans? Where are you going?â Equiva turned to see his brother standing there fidgeting with his fingers⌠did he always do that for some reason, why was he so fidgety? Ugh! That wasnât important he needed to go he didnât have time for this. âBrotherâŚâ papyrus spoke again but was quickly shut down by this sudden âglareâ that Equiva gave him making him take two steps back in fear looking down at the ground like a sad dog before staying silent clearly showing he didnât wanna fight at all and Equiva understood that, he took a small breath before opening the door leaving his brother divide alone in the now cold house⌠was it always this cold? It use to be comfortingâŚ
Equiva walked down from his house before quickly heading towards the bridge turning his walking into running and then quickly running on all fours like a feral cat that had been caught in the act. He made his way as quickly as he could down the long bridge.. damnit these bridges where too damn long for his liking, every sections had a bridge that was approximately 1 mile long each and that just made him so mad that to get down them faster was to go on the living train under them but stars he didnât wanna do all that and even if he did he needed special access and his da- Gaster was the only one that had such a thingâ Ugh.. Stars how could he forget, the damn guards.
At the end of each bridge or entrance stood guards that protected the doors, he needed to get pass them and he knew exactly how because he had done it so many times when he was little well.. without the new daggers of course which was more dangerous at the time. As he moved like a fearless cat he quickly jumped over the ledge spawning his two daggers before digging it into the side of the bridges wall beginning to use both his daggers to move along side the bridge towards the other side like he was hiking, after what felt like 30 minutes he finally made it climbing up and heading towards the âmysterious portalsâ section of his AU running there as fast as he could, dodging the guards, being sneaky as possible and trying to not get caught. After finally making it towards the portals he felt it⌠dread, fear, his body wanted to back away quickly⌠it wanted home⌠NO! He wasnât that little kid anymore he needed to find out more about these portals⌠he needed to find âitâ again, the creature who gave him these scars⌠this âfearââ he needed to know more.
And so he headed in.
The place was bright⌠what day was it here? And why were the trees pink? He had never seen anything like it before it was almost âinterestingâ to him but he wasnât worried about it much, he begin to walk looking around.. was he in a forest? Trees plastered this place from left to right it didnât matter where he looked he would just see a tree staring right back at himâ CRACK what was thatâŚ? Equiva quickly snapped his eyes to the sudden noise that made this place begin to feel more uneasy. It wasnât normal for such a sudden rhythm break.. there was a pattern and now it wasnât normal anymore broken with a random sound that didnât fit in. He got down on fours and begin to crawl towards the noise quietly as possible going through a bush, then he heard it. âHa! The leafs are crunchy! See I told you dust~â dust? Whoâ âshut up! lets just get this over with.. we have to get back to boss quicklyâŚâ why did that person sounds so familiar? Did he walk into the people of this AU? Andâ SNAP shit!
Equiva quickly stood up from behind the bush before seeing, them? There were three skeletons exactly and they looked quite.. uh, unique he would say they looked a little familiarâ GHK! there it was again the dread the feeling something was wrong⌠âWhoâs that guy?â The one with hollow black eyes said âstaringâ equiva down while spinning a knife so effortlessly on a single finger. Equiva sniffed the air before being pulled back⌠yeah, something was wrongâ wrong with these skeletons! He needed to go and NOW! leaveâ âWhere do you think your going.â What the hell.. h-how did he move that quickly.. he just turned his back for a quick second and now the skeleton with the hood was now in front of him??? âyouâre making it seem like youâve never seen a sans teleport/short-cut before..â short-cut was the hell is that? No he needed to leave, he growled as the other skeleton begin reaching a glove covered hand towards him but Equiva quickly dodged it jumping over and running past the skeleton monster leaving them in shock. âHEY WE WERENâT DONE TALKINGââ âKILLER SHUT UP AND GET HIM.â Killer sighed dramatically before making chase, he was quite fast and was already near the other unknown skeleton who was running.. uh, quite âweirdâ.
âHaâ never seen a sans run like a kitty-cat beforeâ tell me can you not teleport or something?â What? What was he talking about and how the hell did he get so close!!! He was catching up to equiva speed even when he ran on all fours.. usually when he ran like this divide (papyrus) or anyone couldnât even catch up to him when he ran like this but this skeleton⌠this one could! Equiva ignored the mans speaking and kept running trying to find a way outâ âWhatâs all the noise?â Another skeleton appeared from behind a tree.. he was, bigger than the others and what⌠that nasty injury on his head, stars did it hurt? Does it STILL hurt? Huh? What was he talking aboutâ! who cares about these freaks of nature he just needed to get out of there soon and quickly as possible just⌠how⌠how did he get back last time? And why⌠why did he feel like he just walked a path he should have walked?

Hope you guys enjoyed this, I had fun drawing this but was getting a tad bit âlazyâ and decided to not add the little highlights I normally add in all my arts because I didnât wanna make the art time on this longer then it already was, last time I checked on it the time was at 11-12 hours long and I wasnât doing all that đ so I just finished it up quickly and because I didnât wanna leave you guys with no art if Iâm being real ! Made yall wait 4 days last timeâ my bad.. đ anyways, have this art piece I finished (so called finished) with this little story, just wanna get you guys into some of Equiva lore with these small art pieces that basically add to it, kinda like a story book with pictures ya know so you guys can picture whatâs happening with this art below ! :D
