when i was traveling, i passed through a few swamps. there are plenty of frogs there, if you know where to look, and i didn't like to leave without seeing at least a few.

i love cats, they're wonderful little creatures. there are some strays in l'manberg that i've taken to leaving out food for, and i've thought about taking them in once or twice. i wouldn't have the time to care for them, unfortunately, but it's a nice thought.
Mr. President Soot, maybe you should open up to someone? With all due respect, bottling up will not help you. You don't have to do it now, but... Please consider it.
You have around yourself people that can help, by being listeners and advisors with even life's smallest problems. You're not alone. Please remember that.

i know i’m not alone, and i appreciate the advice, but that’s unnecessary. i can handle it fine myself, i don’t need anyone’s help like that.
besides, who would i even talk to? tommy and tubbo are children, fundy and niki shouldn’t have to carry my problems, and i just met jack manifold. no one else is really around, and i can’t be sure that they wouldn’t take advantage of any vulnerability even if they were.
for l’manberg to be strong, its leader has to be strong. i can’t afford to show weakness like that, not to anyone.
Mr. President Soot, the timeline we all fear is dark, but... It's not too late to avoid it. It's actually pretty early.
