I constantly think about how in no version is Ba’ul introduced to Flynn. I’m sure it happened off screen but at the same time, I also have to think about how this both a fair amount of time but also not for a proper introduction. The only time is the traveling between dungeons but I also can’t Flynn asking just because he’s so serious and now is not the time to be questioning the existence of a giant fucking sky whale. So I like to think that Flynn spent years pretending he understood Ba’ul but when they actually address him as an Entelexeia Flynn is totally like ‘WTF he is’ because Flynn isn’t necessarily aware that Entelexeia can’t talk
