Alex Tuna patty recipe:
Two cans of tuna
One piece of toasted brown bread torn into little pieces
1 to 2 eggs depending in how large your eggs are. (1 xl egg or 2 medium)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp soy sauce
1- 2 tsp parsley (put in desired amount)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Green onion (as much as desired) or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 tsp white pepper or black pepper (white pepper is best)
Mix your ingredients together in a bowl. If it's too flaky it will fall apart in the pan it's best to have it squish with egg then not at all. Make a ball with your patty mix and shape into a patty shape. Cook in a pan that had a tinny bit of oil in it. You can use melted butter if you have to but olive oil is best. Cook on a medium heat until both sides of the patty are lightly browned or when you press down on the patty after the first flip it no longer oozes juice. Don't BURN iT.
Serve with rice and veggies no burger buns required. Makes 4 to 6 patties dependant on the size you make the patties.
