So today was all about letting go and beginning to start an new vibe. Breathing exercises, a light study session and a workout actually destressed me.
Day 2
Make Space in your Life
Today was all about putting away old habits and things and bringing in the new. A nice clean along with a detox juice and green tea was a great way to clean yourself both on the outside and on the inside :)
