Two, huh? That was one too many. Then, he wasn’t very much surprised when it was a family of hyenas after all. Leave it to them to be always causing trouble, and getting more than their fair share. It was their greed that would throw everything off balance. Though not everything could be orderly. Some things just weren’t, but when things got too out of hand, then something must be done before it got too chaotic.
“Guess that makes you pretty special, huh?” Yuri decides not to comment too much on Droite’s family. She was… Different than the other hyenas. All this time he had been told that they were nothing but gluttonous creatures that cared about nothing but themselves, but meeting Droite changed that. She was good… Honest, unlike others of her kind, and unlike him too…
Yuri lifts his head and scans the area. They appear to be alone, but it was probably best if he didn’t stick around her for too long. The other lions would not approve, and he was sure Droite’s kind wouldn’t either. “Hey, shouldn’t you be running along now? It’s not exactly safe for you to be here, y’know.”
