It’s been guessed as a bunch of different things so I’m not confident, but #123 could maybe be Hunter x Hunter, specifically the Chimera Ants Arc?

I'm guessing that #123 is the Call of Cthulhu TTRPG. (Everyone is androgynous/GNC because characters only have a gender when the players assigns them one, the unreliable narrator is the GM making up parts of the story on the fly, math is a constant threat.)

guessing #123 as The Magnus Archives, even though I'm pretty certain it's not (seems too obvious. I think a submission with TW: Math on it could only be something like, a kids' game for school like JumpStart or Timez Attack, or like the other ask said, a coding manual or something similar). Truly so excited to see what that submitter came up with!

I feel like 123 is Flatland, but the "everyone is GNC" is throwing me, as Flatland has a very rigid gender caste system.
