lets start w my fav movie director EVER:

gregg araki movies: THEYR ALL B I Z A R R E AF if ur not into weirdness/monsters/drugs&sex&rock’n’roll dont even bother but. theyr all SO good. 

the living end (1992) this is my 2nd fav movie EVER. no bizarreness tho. two guys w aids that meet by chance and decide life can get fucked in the ass. roadtrip movie. I LOVE IT. huge warning: the last scene is a #rape scene. apart from that its an amazing movie in every single way

kaboom (2010) bi characters. lots of bizarreness THE END OF THE WORLD! explosions. parties. drugs. sex. college life. watch it.

splendor (1999) idk if u can call it gay but. listen to me. CANON POLY RELATIONSHIP. HAPPY ENDING!!!. LOTS OF SEX AND FUN. i love this movie

blue is the warmest color (2013): u probably watched it already but, imo? its fucking boring, slow and plotless, the beginning is rly good and then its like Meh. but if u like Sad endings and the Aesthetics (and close ups of a girl eating pasta) u should watch it. either that or ur so starved of lesbian media that u’ll take what u can get (aka me)

but im a cheerleader (1999) WATCH THIS MOVIE! HAPPY PURE LESBIANS! NO SADS! warning bc the whole movie happens in a conversion therapy camp but its all made into comedy. but apart from that, watch it

carol (2015) grown up lesbian movie. sad ending. old setting. literally grown up lesbian movie, not a lot of plot, its Aesthetically pleasing but again, sad lesbians.

free fall (2013) good movie. high share of angst but happy ending. typical ‘this character could be bi but hes actually just Closeted gay and dating a girl’ trope but still nice

gbf (2013) more of a comedy movie. biphobia in the extra scenes at the end. good and funny, plot has to do w the fetishization of gay men by straight girls but its like, lowkey its a comedy movie so no Serious stuff. i like it tho

gun hill road (2011) NOT GAY BUT TRANS! TRANS GIRL WHO KICKS ASS and has issues. drama movie tho, p nice ending, expect transmisogyny tho

jack & diane (2012) IF U LIKE BIZARRE MOVIES WATCH THISSSSSSSS its one of my all time faves. starring juno temple (MY WIFE) and Riley Keough (ELVIS PRESLEYS GRANDDAUGHTER. YES.) its bizarre af, makes no sense, good af gay, kind of angsty, bittersweet ending. its literally the cutest movie and has so many Happy Lesbian Dating scenes honestly just. give it a try. i hate sad-ish endings but this is one of my fav movies ever so pls give it a chance

jongens (2014) uve probably seen it around. cute gay sport boys. ‘gay in denial + dates a girl’ trope but it doesnt last. THE CUTEST AND BEST ENDING. like 7/10 aesthetic. must watch

north sea texas (2011) honestly it took me months to finish so i dnt rly remember well. DRAMA THO lots of drama. tw for awful parents (negligence wise). cant even remember if its a happy ending but have in mind is a Heavy drama. sad. not a good review im sorry

patrick 1,5 (2008) LISTEN. THIS MOVIE. its abt a couple of guys who adopt a child and they think its gonna be a 15 months old baby but its a 15 year old homophobic guy. beware for alcoholism and homophobia. if u can ignore those enough to keep watching tho, its SO fucking funny like SO FUNNY. happy ending 100%. the homophobe kid is hilarious. the parents have issues. they have a lot of Issues thruout the movie. everything ends well tho.

shelter (2007) SUMMER GAY BOYSSS. super cute. beach gay boys. tw for negligence by parents. HAPPIEST ENDING. so cute. beach gay boys! what else do u want. watch it.
