Retro House with an Alien Secret - residential, no cc
A classic retro suburban home, poorly maintained and poorly lit. A secret staircase in the half-basement leads to a bunker lab filled with secrets and conspiracies π½.... The owner of this home has been long-abandoned by their family for their obsession in uncovering The Truthβ’οΈbut they stay true to their mission.
This was supposed to be my final Halloween build but it's a bit late! This build is a combination of my two favorite things: dingy realism and aliens. I def wanna do more builds like this!

ArtBar - gallery/bar, no cc
Colorful art gallery by day, swanky bar by night. Built to match the aesthetics of the southern part of Iverstad, specifically the Old Foundry lot. I imagined it as an extension to the museum next door, housing a modern art collection with beautiful views both day and night! The lot type is Bar, but can be changed to a Museum lot with just a few adjustments. This is also a great lot for a Small Business Venue!

Happy Spooky Season! I built a little manor for a Grim Reaper with an aristocratic past. There are two bedrooms with ensuites, a library, a study (and a secret study in the secret attic), a family graveyard, and more! Building in this part of Ravenwood really put me in the Halloween mood πI especially love the lighting here at night!

Halloween Party House - residential, no cc
I built a suburban home decorated to the max for Halloween! I'm also providing a non-party version if you need to de-spookify it :) It's a typical beige craftsman-style house, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There's plenty of room to party on the first floor, with the kitchen, dining, living, and backyard decorated with custom lighting and spooky decorations! Watch out for the spiders!
