I read your post on Cater btw and it was incredible and brought a nice perspective~ Just wanna ask about the former dorm leader theory how do you think it would have played out timeline wise? I've been puzzling it over in my head but can't seem to logically fit him in anywhere, as it is said Riddle became dorm leader the minute he joined (I may be wrong here) and by then Cater would be a second year, which is mostly when people become dorm leaders I think? I absolutely agree with the former dorm leader the timeline is just very wonky~
Riddle became a dorm leader his first year, so it was very early on, and knowing his personality, he probably had a duel arranged almost ASAP after seeing the more lax state Heartslabyul would be in since the previous dorm leader’s mentioned to have been ‘more carefree and lenient’ than Riddle’s leadership.
So anytime during his first year (most likely later on, maybe a way to show off developing his UM), Cater could’ve hooked himself up with the dorm leader position. His UM in a duel would actually be pretty damn useful, and given Cater’s tendency for slier means of success, he could pull it off even if it was more a half-hearted, ‘for fun’ attempt that he just rolled with after succeeding.
As far as the actual timeline goes, we are talking about a game where both EP2 and the Halloween event would take place in October, so. No rules no boundaries.
