#reality shit

mostly its like  flashes of light, movement in the corner of my eye, things looking like they’re spinning/rocking/moving when they aren’t.However, when it’s worse, I see cats, shadows, family and friends, people with distorted faces,bugs, etc.I hear voices that sound like they are outside of my head. sometimes they sound like they are outside and inside my head at the same time. I explained it once as like  “existing inbetween the physical realm of the world, and the metaphysical realm of my head.” someone said that put exactly what they were thinking in words.  a lot of the time I can only tell it’s not real because like  I’m in an empty home, not out in public/ with a group of people. but when I’m bad I think it’s real anyway.the voices are just usually other people having conversations, i describe it like being in a cafe. if you’re busy doing something you can kinda tune it out, but you can’t make it fullly dissappear. sometimes they talk about me, but not “too me”, a lot. (But I have had them yell at me, very infrequently) I also hear music?  like the music is indistinguishable from real life, nearly always. i’ve commented on it, a lot.I also hear like family and friends, but that happens really infrequently too.Sometimes I feel people touching me, and smell/taste things not there.
