Don't get me wrong everyone has different learning capabilities and methods, but to master a language to a fluency level in 4 weeks or even 3 months - just who are you seemingly trying to kid here, this is just not possible by any standard. At most you will have mastered the initial basics and phrases to be polite but nothing more in a realistic sense. I am going to use here a language which seems to grab majority of everyone's attention and more often that not their reasons for wanting to learn it seem really a little silly, for example: i have just met a wonderful Polish boy/girl and i would like to be able to converse with him in his own language. Now you might say that, that is a good reason to learn, but do not throw yourself into this foolishly as you may find that they will no doubt have a reasonable command and level of the English language and therefore choose to communicate to you in this manner.  That said, it is a language which is on the increase to be learnt, i for one have been learning it since 2007 on and off and i am only 'apparently' of elementary/intermediate level of fluency (that's after 3/4 years of self learning (not a recommended method if it can be helped) and taught lessons i have paid for and i have gained certifications in. You will notice i used the word 'apparently' there as i do doubt my abilities with the language it is not the easiest to learn not by a long shot and the grammar is enough to make anyone quit early on, but it's all about perseverance and you'll crack it eventually, but you will not be of the actual standard of a native no one ever is, even natives have problems with their 'own' mother tongue at times.
