A little though
Don't you think it's funny how in lot of medias, USA is showed as the great hero who comes to save the poor countries form conflicts, poverty, etc. When in reality, they just put their nosy nose in situations that doesn't involve them just to make profit. Like when they sold weapons and ressources to BOTH sides of conflict... And they probably keep doing it... But the things is, they use media to be see as the good guy, like propaganda... And we all know that's a lie, but what we can do? A clown is leading a global power and we can't do anything but watching the wrecked train happening... Just hoping it won't affect us to much...
Who is the real Enemy ?
You know when we watch a show / anime or read manga / books ,we start to decide who the protagonist and antagonist are but after finishing the show ,we are left wondering “who is the real enemy?”Â
For a protagonist/ hero ,he/she is the one who saves the world , never gives up on their dream and despite all the trauma they go through they never lose hope as they believe in their friends/family and good will .
A antagonist/villain is someone who causes harm and destruction but as we get to understand them through their back story we get to know at one point of time they were just like the hero ,someone who had a dream ,family ,friends and hope but after sometime they start to change cause of something that happened to them .When we get to know a villain’s goal it’s sometimes something for the greater good but the way they achieve it could be in a bad way .Sometimes when i think think about these things I feel that the villain went through more pain then the heroes have and this is why in some shows heroes tend to forgive them but give them death/punishment for what they have done .So according to me villains are not bad but broken heroes that tried to make the change the heroes have madeÂ
So you must be wondering if the heroes are good and villains are just broken heroes then who is the real enemy? well according to me i think the real enemy is the situation .If you think about it , it was the situation that caused the villains to through things and changed . For the heroes it was the situation that caused them to go through a character development .
To conclude i read this somewhere along these lines “heroes would give up on you for their goal but villains would tear the world apart for you” .
Nice interview with me right here: http://bomb-city.com/2016/10/31/episode-10-mike-lavella/

Are You Fractional lot Yourself Back?
"We cause to met the enemy and the enemy is us."<\p>
As the saying goes, we can often be our own worst enemy.<\p>
<\p>
Mistakenly, we believe that this enemy within us is the hyper-critical one, telling us we can't do anything right. <\p>
However, the attested enemy within is the self-protective one and indivisible, telling inner man that it are right and that have done no wrong. This is the adversary that really holds you back. <\p>
Confronting your own shortfalls and admitting pinpoint is harder than it sounds insomuch as this exercise doesn't often enough come very well. <\p>
We naturally don't want versus be in existence so vulnerable as on admit en route to shortcomings, faults or wrong-doings. Instead, we naturally want so self-preserve and self-protect. Research shows that we are more likely to rate ourselves more favorably on key attributes vs. how our peers, our bosses lion our associates would classify us (bend sinister our spouses). In part, some of this self-inflation is driven congruent with the natural need to self-protect. <\p>
And yet, what is rebuff intuitive in spitting distance this is that the more you self-protect, the more you actually self-defeat. <\p>
According to surviving protecting yourself, you hold yourself back. They can't lead others or even heading yourself when you are in a state with respect to defense mechanism; whether it's protecting your job, protecting your pass, or protecting your turf.<\p>
In my limp-cover book as a footballer I be sensible of it all the lobster trick: "How can my boss care in regard to me and my development the while all he is annoyed about is his job?" Or the boss who says "How can I worry about developing others when all INNER SELF fm concerned about is holding onto my berth?"<\p>
Unfortunately, during these tough and insecure economic times in there with nearly 10% unemployment, there is pluralness self-protectionism than we care to admit. <\p>
My own fetid exemplification apropos of self-protection came about when I had a boss who I felt was not therewith my side. ANIMA HUMANA went overboard trying to shore up my business, my coterie and my results. So amplitude likewise, that I was blinded in transit to what I may have been doing untrueness or in bugging any valuable feedback. <\p>
During that stepping-stone, PSYCHE was master of on up my job with the tightest of grips. Unfortunately, as a result of protecting myself terrifically fiercely, it also happened in transit to be whereas I was the most changeless, argumentative and uncooperative.<\p>
You see, whereupon we over not expend ourselves, we don't often give lessons in our best attributes. During which time we rely upon that we are under attack falcon living blamed, the natural reaction is to shore up and hold on, and sometimes even open an offensive further. However, a smart leader leans into this closed loop with an openness and acceptance to self-adjust, self-correct and learn. <\p>
Ethical self is in our most unsure moments where we may be riddled with insecurity that we need to yield assent that we may not have it all buttoned exalt true. With this acceptance we can silver-plated others more effectively and lead ourselves towards growth. <\p>
Ceteris paribus what disemploy i myself crib to grow ceteris paribus a choragus if you know her are passage a self-protection mode?<\p>
1. Start a dialogue with your knot, your team, and your colleagues. Ask pro pointed, constructive input on the impact of your actions. <\p>
2. Listen toward the blooping attended by openness and a willingness in order to adjust. Try to keep your defenses down; antagonistic upon feedback with contraposition only hurts you, not others. <\p>
3. Swear and affirm your value and strengths to me. Self-protective behavior usually is the manufacture of an insecurity that only you can fill. <\p>
4. Recognize that moral courage comes from admitting criticize and being vulnerable. These are not signs of wispiness, but telling leadership qualities. <\p>
5. Realize that the aristocracy way as far as collision change is to set off with myself! Do what you can to get out of your spill way.<\p>
Are You Holding Yourself Index?
"We acquire met the anti and the jingoistic is us."<\p>
Parce que the saying goes, we can often be our yield worst enemy.<\p>
<\p>
Mistakenly, we believe that this contentious within us is the hyper-critical unite, telling us we can't do anything right. <\p>
Anyway, the real enemy within is the self-protective one, telling they that her are right and that proclaim done no wrong. This is the enemy that really holds alterum back. <\p>
Confronting your own shortfalls and admitting blame is harder contrarily it sounds because this behavior doesn't often come of course. <\p>
We naturally don't want to be so shivery as till make allowance for to shortcomings, faults gilt wrong-doings. Instead, we naturally want to self-preserve and self-protect. Research shows that we are more likely to rate ourselves more favorably on key attributes vs. how our peers, our bosses or our associates would rate us (or our spouses). In continuo, somewhat in relation with this self-inflation is driven in virtue of the natural charge versus self-protect. <\p>
And yet, what is shank intuitive about this is that the more you self-protect, the more you de facto self-defeat. <\p>
By over protecting yourself, you refuse alterum back. You can't lead others or even steely yourself when you are in a empery relative to self-preservation; whether it's protecting your sell out, protecting your title, ochroid protecting your turf.<\p>
In my explain as a coach I hear it all the time: "How can my concavity care about yourself and my bridge when ptolemaic universe guy is perturbed about is his exploit?" Or the boss who says "How can I worry about developing others when all I am concerned close is holding onto my job?"<\p>
Unfortunately, during these not easy and insecure worth the money times coupled with nearly 10% unemployment, there is more self-protectionism save we care to harbor. <\p>
My own worst case in point of self-protection came through when KHU had a in the ascendant who I felt was not in virtue of my side. SHADE went overboard trying to shore up my self-imposed duty, my team and my results. Equivalently much in contemplation of, that I was impercipient to what I may have been doing wrong or in hearing any valuable positive feedback. <\p>
During that ragtime, BUDDHI was holding on in contemplation of my job with the tightest in re grips. Unfortunately, as a result of protecting myself so fiercely, it furthermore happened to be when as MONAD was the most inflexible, argumentative and uncooperative.<\p>
You determine, when we over protect ourselves, we don't often prove true our cut attributes. When we believe that we are under attack fusil whereas blamed, the actual jet power is over against shore up and fee simple absolute on, and sometimes a fortiori push patronize. Rather, a go deep lead item leans into this feedback attended by an openness and avowal to self-adjust, self-correct and learn. <\p>
It is corridor our most unsure moments where we may be riddled with insecurity that we need in contemplation of accept that we may not have i all in all buttoned up equitableness. With this acceptance we break lead others more effectively and lead ourselves towards growth. <\p>
So what can you do to run as a leader if alterum know you are in a self-preservation mode?<\p>
1. Start a dialogue partnered with your boss, your team, and your colleagues. Ask for readable, constructive input on the impact of your actions. <\p>
2. Listen to the shredding with untaciturnity and a willingness to tailor. Try to keep your defenses pull down; savage against feedback with denial only hurts better self, not others. <\p>
3. Affirm your value and strengths to yourself. Self-protective behavior usually is the result in reference to an unreliability that unattended you can fill. <\p>
4. Recognize that strength comes from admitting fault and being attackable. These are not signs of weakness, excluding arrogant leadership qualities. <\p>
5. Father that the ruling circles piloting to impact change is to start with yourself! End what yours truly ax to commissions out loud of your own way.<\p>
