Tech Jacket with an S/O that is her number 1 fan
A/n: I wasn't expecting Tech Jacket of all people to be the first request I got for Invincible, but I'll take it. Thank you for requesting, and I hope you enjoy!
Zoe was flustered at first to see just much of her merchandise you had in your room. She already knew you were a fan of hers ever since your first date, but she wasn't expecting it to be to such a large degree. Don't get her wrong, she doesn't dislike it, she just isn't used to receiving this much attention from someone who isn't her dad.
Speaking of her dad, he loves how much of a fan you are of her, and loves to tease her that you two were destined to be together because of it, which honestly just makes her even more embarrassed. She once had to turn off her comms in the middle of a battle because he wouldn't stop asking if you were watching (you were). After enough complaining about his behaviour, he finally stopped doing it...in front of her. When it's just him and you, he can't help but brag about how he just so happens to be the father of your favourite hero.
While she might not be the most popular hero in the world, Tech Jacket does still have quite a few fans, and she's received a lot of propositions from toy companies because of this. Some professional, and some...not so legitimate. To help combat this, she assigned you her unofficial merch quality tester. That title used to go to her father, but he was often too busy fawning over his daughter in toy form to focus on the actual quality of the product. Meanwhile, as someone who knows both sides of her equally well, she figures you'd be more unbiased when it comes to knowing what her fans would want. Even if the toy isn't made of the highest-grade material, as long as you're happy with it, then so is she.
As the one licensing her likeness to these toy companies, she's naturally built up quite the collection of figures of herself, either given to her from prototypes of later designs or simple as a gratuity. However, since she felt it was a little creepy constantly staring at miniature versions of herself, she mostly just kept them stored away in a box somewhere for safekeeping.
When she met you, though, she decided to give them all to you instead. As her number 1 fan, you'd most likely get more use out of them than she ever did. That, and it was cute for her to watch you rifle through all the toys with a sparkle in your eyes. Ever since then, she's let you keep any new toys of herself she's received afterwards, often making you the first person to get your hands on them. Just make sure you don't post any photos of them online until after they've hit the market. You don't want to make your fellow fans jealous, after all.
While she doesn't really have a problem with you watching her fights, she'd prefer you do so from your own home rather than at the actual scene. While her suit pretty much guarantees she won't take any serious damage, there's no way of knowing what will happen to you. Sure, she's always able to save you any time you do just so happen to be near one of her fights (usually when she gets into one while on a date with you), there's always a chance you might get hurt in any collateral damage. It's only a small risk, but it's one she's not willing to take.
As a fan of Tech Jack, one thing you've always dreamed of is getting to experience the things she does, like visiting her space station or flying around in her armour. While she was pretty much fine with the former, and even enjoyed how excited you got over being up in space, she had some grievances with the latter. Her armour wasn't built to handle flying with two people inside it, and she was worried you wouldn't be able to handle flying it by yourself without hurting yourself in the process. This meant you'd have to sit on top on the outside while she piloted the suit from the inside, which was pretty much a recipe for disaster.
Still, after a lot of convincing, she eventually gave in. And, despite her worries, your first flight actually went pretty well...up until a particularly strong wind current hit and knocked you off. Thankfully, she managed to catch you just in time, and you only suffered minor psychological trauma to boot. You pretty much gave up on the idea after that, though.
