FIRST PANIC
I’m trying to enjoy my Friday afternoon, kicking back, listening to the new Britney Spears album, when I see that one of my roommates left a half-full juice glass on the end table across the room. Darnit. I’m about to get up and go put it in the sink when I see that another roommate dropped her jacket on the floor instead of hanging it on the back of a chair. Yarg. But wait. Which should I do first? Do I grab the glass on the way to picking up the jacket and try to awkwardly, one-handedly hang the jacket up while trying not to spill the leftover juice in the glass? Or do I pick up the jacket, hang it, and then retrace my steps to get the glass? Also should I wash the glass? And do I hang the jacket over the fleece already on the chair or do I reverse the order for optimal accessibility, since she uses the fleece more often? Or, I guess, I can sit in this chair, paralyzed by indecision, and just listen to Britney. Yeah. Okay. I choose that one.
