the  colonel  is  a  man  of  honor,  a  military  man.  she  had  expected  this  before  meeting  him  --  surely  amanda  waller  would  not  choose  just  anyone  to  lead  her  precious  team  of  degenerates?  still,  rick  flag  seems  to  live  up  to  the  illustriousness  of  his  name.  this  is  unusual  --  men  rarely  live  up  to  their  reputations,  especially  men  trained  in  killing.  tatsu  has  bloodied  the  soultaker  with  enough  so-called  good  men  to  find  this  true.
