It was fun have at least get a break once in a while, but it doesn’t mean Hyejeong could run off and lollygag. Or leave her stand unaccompanied for too long. The Hufflepuff walked around for a bit before eyeing the stall that had a wonderful spicy aroma rafting through the Great Hall. Ah, ddeokbokki... One of her favorite snacks while growing up. Luckily there wasn’t much of a line yet and the girl walked up and ordered a plate herself.

She gave it a good, long looking while poking at the only rice cake pieces. There was nothing wrong with the food, it just brought back many memories of her childhood. Oh, how she missed Heather and Jason... The two people that practically raised her. She remembered how Heather would let Hyejeong watch her make ddeokbokki or her meals, while Jason fed her the unhealthy snacks like candy and chips.

Aurora had made a friend, or so she had thought she made one. A few months ago she had stumbled across ( or more like it had simply appeared ) the room of requirement. Once inside she met another female, one of beauty and grace --- One that simply wouldn’t leave her mind. After that night, talking and simply getting to known one another away from all the stress of the world outside that very room, Aurora felt close to someone for a change. It was odd, yes, but she enjoyed it.

To her, she would do anything and everything within her power for the girl --- Be there for her until the end like a loyal friend ought to be. Though people would question it, her being a Slytherin and the other a Ravenclaw. The match didn’t seem to go together, but she overlooked it and was happy nonetheless.

As she wandered the halls with a bottle of firewhiskey in her hands, she could sense the other girl --- Smell her really, as if she had just walked right where Aurora had stepped. The strong scent of flowers and vanilla mixed together became slightly intoxicating to her soul, giving her reason to search for her friend further; Almost knowing exactly where she might be.

Alas ~ There it was again --- That big beautiful door that knew just when you needed it. Inside, she knew the other had to be there. Following her instincts she pushed the door open, peeking in only to allow her eyes to rest upon a beautiful figure sitting alone on a chair off to the corner. “Belle?” She spoke softly, stepping in a bit further so she could close the door behind her, giving the two of them privacy from the rest of the castle and all who occupied it. 

Her lips tugged upwards into a small smile as she inched closer, her hand gently running over the girls back as soon as she was nearer. Something was off --- Ari could tell.  With furrowed brows she knelt down, setting the full bottle of whiskey off to the side. She looked tired, probably stressed with all the tests that they were studying for and the rest of the schoolwork that seemed to keep piling up on everyone, including herself. Aurora wanted to ask, but she knew she wasn’t having a good day. It was obvious. Instead she sat down in front of the girl, reached over for the bottle of firewhiskey and wiggled it in front of her face.

Everyone seemed to let go in Hogsmeade. Amélie assumed it was because some students took it as as a trip to do whatever they wished. Amélie wasn’t one of them; she always did whatever the hell she wanted. But she had noticed the increased jabbering at the Grand Hall the following day after a Hogsmeade trip; juicy tales and swirling gossip of who did what and with whom. It was the very reason why she loved Hogsmeade, for it brought out the absolute worst in everyone.

She had made her way to the Three Broomsticks rather late that evening. It was already loud and bustling, slurred speech and shouting ringing in her ears as she grabbed her drink and seated herself in the corner. She didn’t remain unnoticed, but her demeanor was enough to deter most away from sitting beside her. Instead she watched, observed whom was conversing with whom, whose cheeks were the reddest, who had their arm slung over another’s shoulder...

Her eyes met another’s. It was brief, but enough for Amélie to look upon them again with more interest. She was certain the girl’s name was Belle or something similar. Amélie didn’t really know much about her except for that she was the Ravenclaw Quidditch captain, and a skilled beater. She had inviting eyes and honey hair, and appeared to be more or less, a nice girl. Maybe that’s all she was; nice.

Of all the places she felt the most at ease in, it was the music room. Being surrounded by beauty truly kept her mind and body at ease. Her father of course was the one that tossed her into the world of music, teaching her piano at a young age as well as enrolling her into vocal classes --- Though the raven haired beauty was a natural when it came to singing. She was a powerhouse, easily mistaken as a siren. 

The fifth floor, such a quiet place to be whenever nobody was around. She adored it, but her mind sometimes didn’t do too well whenever it came to being silent. The petite female wandered into the great music room, eyes scanning over the various instruments she could pick from before deciding upon the piano. She carefully sat down on the bench, her dark orbs scanning over the piano tiles before cracking her knuckles ---  She leaned forward just a bit, lower lip hiding behind her teeth as her fingers began to hit the notes, playing one of her favorites; Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. It was beautiful, soft, and one of her very first songs she could play all the way through without messing up. 

One would say she used magic, but this was purely her in her natural state. The music echoed throughout the room, her ears enveloped by the beautiful sounds.

Jin always longs for these scarce moments of solitude where none of his friends tag along with him like mongrels or the underclassmen clinging to him for academic help. Both groups are just equally irritating and while the blond knows fully well that he's not obliged to help or waste time with those damn nitwits, he still couldn't turn them down. Most of them belong to highly-esteemed families of pureblood wizards and hence, making them convenient to him if the situation calls for it. Fortunately for him, he has managed to slip out undetected for once and hurries for the Hogwarts Library-- wondering if she'll be there today.

Upon reaching his destination though, the library turns out to be bustling with various students; more than usual. Every single study table appears to be occupied, even the one he normally uses that is specifically positioned near the shelf which consists of assorted books about the study of dragons. Oddly enough, he sees no sight of that Ravenclaw girl at that table; nor at any tables. They typically find each other here at this exact hour. There are times wherein the girl would be a few minutes late and he'd find himself telling other students that her seat is already taken just to keep it empty for her. Whether she does the same for him or not, he's not entirely sure. Not exactly the kind of thing you'd ask someone who you're not very close with.

Nevertheless, it seems he won't be seeing her nor his temporary freedom. Shaking his head in utmost annoyance, Jin turns around in pursuit of finding somewhere else to do his studying when his movements come to an abrupt halt upon realizing the girl he's thinking about mere seconds ago is standing behind him. She's undoubtedly on her way to the library as well.

Dammit. Kyungsoo cursed inwardly as a gentle breeze blew flour towards his face. The Slytherin waved his hand rapidly in an attempt to get rid of the billow of white powdery smoke, going into a coughing fit in the process. Honestly--the Kitchen is a bloody dungeon! Where did all the breeze come from?!

The Slytherin thought it was the perfect day to make a batch of madeleine, considering he was going to need a lot of sugar intake for that night’s study session. And fortunately the house elves agreed to let him have the kitchen all for himself after some... bribing. He was going for meringues at first, but then decided he wanted something soft for once. Plus meringue crumbs are rather hard to clean.

He hummed a light tune as skilled hands processed the ingredients before him with precision. Okay, flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, butter... Kyungsoo tapped a digit on his chin. What’s the last ingredient again--Oh, right, lemon zest. The young wizard turned and combed the entire room for the said fruit, immediately spotting the bright yellow color by the crate near the doorstep. Unf. Thank Merlin for easy recipes.

Striding towards the crates in large steps, Kyungsoo leaned down to inspect which ones are usable. Most of them were a ripe yellow color much to his pleasure, but he preferred to use the best of ingredients. The Slytherin wizard continued to flip and examine the fruits one by one, unaware of the door that began to creak open before him.

    Sunmi hated rushing into things but the fact was that she was behind schedule for her next class, not that she cared about getting late in classes but well, it was potions so  she kinda wanted to gert in class fast to  learn more about the only interesting thing that she could learn in that ridiculous school. Sunmi got the book and the notebook she needed for class and got out of the dorm, already pissed that the damn corridors were full with ridiculous person, clearly, today wasn’t her day.

    The slytherin student walked faster towards the classroom where the class would occur and that was when someone bumped on her, or she bumped on someone, causing the other person to fall on the ground. Sunmi looked at the girl, rolling her eyes “don’t you think its a bit to early to be drunk?” she shook her head “next time see where you put your damn gian feet, i didnt allow you to touch me” she said in a bitter voice.
