Last night when we got home this little friend was curled up on the sidewalk in front of the door runner. Our naughty kitty Blondie had caught the baby Kingsnake. Bruce picked it up. It was quite alive and feisty but it’s skin was torn off in one place. We decided to put some antibiotic salve and spray on skin on it. We made it a comfy house for the night. This morning it was alive and doing well. I consulted with a Herpetologist (reptile specialist) this morning. He said we did the right thing and we could let it go. Bruce said it sprung from the jar!
