Okay so all know how Rattina worked at the animal corporation before she went missing right? Most people just assume that she worked at a similar field as Ron (and so did I at first) but what if she didn't? What if the poster that the safe is hidden behind is actually a hint on her position, no I'm not saying that she worked on the hazmat team I'm saying that behind the hazmat team is something bigger aka the people who experiment on the animals and that's what I think Rattina position is, Ratthew has said that Rattina is smart so why waste all that on some paper work when you can use it to help the corporation achieve on whatever they are trying to do

"But Lucy how does this relate to the Stalker at all?" I hear you ask, well I believe that the Stalker was the main patient that Rattina was assigned to experiment on/take care of, it would explain why the Stalker burns the photo of Rattina when you bring it to him, I don't think he burns it on accident I think he burns it on purpose cuz of all the build up anger he has on Rattine, he hates her sm, I mean wouldn't you too if you were him? She was the one who turned him into this... thing, Stalker being Rattina's main patient would also explain the note in the safe too: "the experiment was a success this "Shadow" now sees everything" the note isn't of Rattina it's FROM Rattina and it was about the Stalker, I also believe that the Stalker eventually escaped from containment before Rattina went "missing" due to Ron saying that he used to "work" with him at the hospital before working at the corporation and also due to him saying "that Rat was in my office once and chewed up some documents I wasn't supposed to see" what if "that Rat" he was talking about wasn't actually Ratthew but instead Rattina? Why would she do that tho? Cuz she doesn't want him to become another test subject, Rattina doesn't want to hurt anyone all she wants to help but to do so some people must be hurt (at least that's what the corporation believes in) she knows what she's doing is unethical but she just keeps telling herself "it's for the best, once day nobody else has to suffer ever again" I don't believe Rattina has malicious intent she wants what's best it's just that her execution is just wrong

Now onto Rattina's disappearance, I have 2 theories on what could've happened to her, first: the corporation is hiding/protecting her from the Stalker, they know the Stalker is out to get her so that's why their hiding her from him and erasing any tracks of hers or second: she somehow got infected too and she offered herself to be tested on and becoming a Lab Rat for them.

But... why didn't Rattina tell her brother about anything of this or at least tell him about her disappearance? She doesn't want him to find out, she doesn't want him to know what the corporation is doing cuz she knows what happens to those who do: they get silenced, but Ratthew IS finding out what is happening or at least trying too and the corporation is doing just that they're trying to hunt him down and Rattina has no idea... or does she? I mean we haven't heard much about her at all in the game other then that she was smart so we don't really know her morals yet, maybe she'll willing to let the corporation silence him, it'll hurt for sure but in her words "it's for the greater good" or maybe she doesn't know yet but when she finds out she turns on the corporation? Idk
