Stone Veil, a band Dex and his friends made without the intent of being famous or even being a band. While they’re undoubtedly metal, people argue what sub genre they would fall under, some saying nu metal, industrial, or punk.
They have 3 albums and disbanded in 2024 because Dex wanted to retire. This caused a rift between him and Mickey, his long time friend, because Mickey felt Dex was throwing away everything they worked for, but in reality he was terrified of being a nobody again. The only reason Dex stayed as long as he did was due to the record labels contracts. Tarkhan and Rasheeda were in the same boat as Dex, but feeling that they could go to another band if they wanted to continue their careers, which is what Tarkhan did
