“Too long,” Rasa lifted her hand to his lips. One kiss. And then another. “We should dine out more often.” Karura was, indeed, much too cold. It would be better if he sat beside her instead of across— place his coat over her shoulders to keep her warm. Perhaps, if they sat closer to each other, she would not look so pale too.
