I wish I could revisit the Nanay and Belen markets here in Iquitos, but with state of emergency everything is closed and they take you directly to the prison if you go out on the streets. The most interesting part for me was the food obviously. Some things super rare, but I did try it, some things I wish I didnβt see. But I guess when you live in a jungle and thereβs not much to choose from you got to eat almost anything.
