and aha ngl it really wasn't that great. they promised us it wasn't gonna be like the awkward high school dances (it was) and there'd be a sorting hat and other cool harry potter stuff (there wasn't). The decorations and harry potter themed-snacks were cool though (even if they didn't have any diet drinks), but that was pretty much the only decent thing about it. The dj really wasn't that great (seriously the transitions were horrible and we're all music kids so we can hear that stuff), but eh at least we got to dance to the cha cha slide, hallelujah for that. Oh and it ended an hour early for no apparent reason. :') but hey at least I got to dress up nice and fancy and get to hang with my friends, and otherwise I'd be sitting on my computer so aha I guess I'm glad I went, all in all.

You're right. I hit that point this week of "Wait a second..." I need like an hour to recuperate after those 30 minute work outs because of showering and just trying to get my body back in the go. I am still counting out my calories at least. Bachelor's degrees are no joke and this is only getting tougher ><

I like it more as I do it more. It was also a lot better once I was alone in my car. I find it liberating. :) But if it makes you uncomfortable, it’s okay! I know of lots of people who don’t drive.
yeah that's what I've heard from everyone- it gets easier with practice, of course. although aha yeah I would imagine it'd be better alone in the car without parents breathing down your back, but welp the permit doesn't rly let you do that..... idk the more I think about it I feel like my main worries are about not reacting quick enough in situations or having slow reflexes and stuff like that and aaa...... like I'm nervous around people enough already.....
and I know I don't /have/ to drive if I don't want to, but there's certainly the social pressure/awkwardness which isn't a fun thing, plus lately I feel like the inconveniences outweigh the comfort of not driving... besides, I'm hoping that once I do start driving it'll be easier since I am older and while not exactly experienced per se, observing drivers as a passenger helps me mentally so yeah. *big shrug*
