HI I completely forgot about this ask. I'll always talk about Windy I love Windy.
My friend's dad is a fairy type specialist, I got her from him when she was still a ponyta. Bit of a long story.
The thing with psychic type pokemon is that a lot of them can be pretty skittish. Depends on the species and individual pokemon's temperament. Rapidash are usually a lot better with this as long as they've been trained right, but...
Windy has some Espeon lineage somewhere. It's why she knows how to use Morning Sun, that isn't a move that rapidash learn normally. Espeon aren't very skittish either, but they're much more, how do I say it. Sensitive? They can sense weather changes and most have precognition. Anyways.
Windy's really weird and fucked up as a result. She's carnivorous yeah, but she's also way more reactive than usual. She's nowhere near as skittish as she was as a ponyta, and battling really helps her blow off steam. People say that she's timid right now but Arceus they never saw her as a ponyta she was fucking NEUROTIC.
She's gone a long way since then, but shes still a bit weird. Kind of what happens if you take what is usually a prey pokemon and crossbreed it with a predator. Hates strangers and especially children with a passion.
And also it's a given but holy fuck she is expensive. These days I have a pretty good deal with a local butcher. Great guy. I'm very very lucky in that regard
And no unfortunately I don't know who or where my friend's dad got her from. Neither does my friend. I don't think she came from the most ethical background though.
