I wish this is true. But not in real world.
Companies expect you to be good.
Entry level job but needs 2-3yrs experience.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply but those with background are hired.
They look for work experience when hiring
When in college we already had an actual training.
Although not a year or two but I think it's better than nothing.
That's why some starts from lower ranks
Forgetting their hard earned diplomas
Washing dishes, from five star hotels
Lowering their pride to be hired.
Bad luck if you're not from a known school
Worst luck if you have failed grades, uh oh not cool.
