My dad walked in after he went to surau and said aloud,”Okay since everyone’s here we can go Raya at your aunt’s house.” He then looked meaningfully at us all.”Go take a bath.”
It’s 2 pm and me and siblings, all legit adults, two of us have steady jobs, need to be told by my dad to take a bath cuz we’re going out out together now.
OTOH, it’s the weekend we’re deliberately being lazy.
