I was continuing my slugcat doodling and randomly came up with an oc idea that I immediately wanted to draw

I’m continuing to mess with the idea I had in the previous art post lol

I’m still debating on the name, but I’ve been gravitating towards Druid the most. I’m getting pacifistic, nature-loving vibes from the design, I’m not entirely sure why I added the spear (to be fair I’m still exploring how I want to draw slugcats, its a way to mess with it lol)

Also been thinking about potential lore. I have no idea where in Rainworld’s story they could be inserted, but potential lore reasons behind their design have been on my mind. I’ve thought of the flowers and vine bits being a part of the oc’s body, growing from them. I’m not sure if I wanna go the angsty route and make these plants growing out of the slugcat unpleasant in some way, or if I wanna just make it a harmless addition to the slugcat. How the flowers and vines ended up on them is also a question to think about, is it natural or did an iterator do something? Do I wanna make an iterator oc for that if it’s the route I take? Pronouns have also been a thought. Many lore things to think about hehe

Silly Miitopia reference under the cut

Only thing stopping me from getting the game and the dlc (besides money of course) is knowing full well that I'll be too much of a scaredy cat to play the game properly, I have a tendency to panic when under pressure and it never ends well lol (I'm pretty happy just watching playthroughs and stuff though)

Here have some Slugcats I doodled while experimenting with brushes I haven't used much yet on a sketches/experimental doodles page. They aren't the best, but I had fun and that's all that matters to me lol
