Team 4 in Kanagawa & Takashima Yurina’s last concert. Behind the scenes and various emotions.

The Kanagawa performance turns out to be the final performance for Team 4. It was the triumphal return for Iwatate Saho, Omori Miyu, Kobayashi Marina, and Murayama Yuiri but because Takashima Yurina announced her graduation in 2014, it also turned out to be the final stage that all of the Team 4 members were present for. Due to that, everyone behind the scenes have been flooded with mixed emotions even prior to the performance.

When Minegishi told Takashima about the provision of an MC corner that is created for her, Takashima said "I'm gonna cry~. I'm happy that I received an MC spot but I'm really sorry that I'm going to cut everyone else's time."

Even then she was modest. Looking at her, the members shouted "You're too humble~" "Don't worry about it" Even Minegishi said "You're the star of the national tour”

The national tour allows people to get to know the charm of the members who are not usually in the limelight at Dome performances or television appearances. Such is it's significance. This is mentioned by each team captain. Those words said my Minegishi is by no means meant to worry the soon-to-graduate Takashima, but rather, it must have been her true feelings towards all the members.

After the enjin, vice-captain Kizaki Yuria’s voice could be heard "We went to various places during the national tour. We ate together, laughed together, and talked together.. I feel that we are becoming a team that's well accustomed to one another. Even from the start of the tour at Wakayama, Miichan as captain and I as the vice-captain thought of the set list together. We are making today's final stage into a one where fans have never seen before. Since we have also included the song that Yurina wanted to sing, please look forward to the main part.”

That speech made the reporters think that not only does the management likes surprises, but the members and fans like it as well. Through continuously giving surprises, it keeps everyone intrigued.

The teary mood from the enjin took a complete turn after the curtain was raised as the members danced full strength to the song 'Heavy Rotation'. Perhaps it was also because it's their final leg of the tour that the audience is by far the most heated.

They performed songs such as 'Christmas ga Ippai' and plenty others in the setlist. Also, triumphal return (of members from Kanagawa) performed 'Namida no Shounan'. And then, for the 24th song, they unveiled 'Otona e no michi' towards Takashima who will be graduating. In the middle of the song, Minegishi pulled Takashima to the stage center and suddenly a huge 'Yurina' call broke out from the audience.

The members delivered a message for Takashima one-by-one. Takashima couldn't stop crying from the first person.

"Even though I won't be around anymore but this makes me feel that I'll always be part of the team. Thank you very much for going to such an extent for me."

Still engulfed in tears, the curtain closed down on the main part of the final day.

After the performance we got to hear Takashima's impressions:

"Even before the curtain opened, Miichan shouted to me 'Yuurin, thank you!'. So I was crying even from the first song.

I really didn't know about 'Otona e no michi'. I heard that we were actually supposed to do an MC, but who would have thought that they instead planned it to be this amazing performance.... Even when Miichan pulled me to the center of the stage it didn't hit me, until I see her returning to the corner then it made me think 'oh it was this kind of surprise' lol.

Everyone cried for me and although I was sad, I felt happy as well. It will be lonely but they gave me a boost and made me think that I'll have to work hard after graduation! Position-wise I'm hardly the one in front so it makes me really happy that there's people who comes to my handshake events or supports me. To the fans, thank you very much for being able to find me!"

Right until the end Takashima was cared for by both members and fans. She may have been an outstanding existence to AKB48.

[Minegishi Minami] Blog title: Sending off

As would be usual of my bad habit, today I'm going to touch on this story.

It is a little late but I'd like for you to hear my thoughts on her.

On the 27th of December last year Takashima Yurina graduated from AKB48.

She announced her graduation in October. Since I wasn't there for that stage, I heard about it after that.

It was the first time graduation has come out from "Team 4", I might have possibly been the person most shaken by it.

I was wondering whether I could have done something more about this and I was blaming myself.

Yurina told me this. "There's people who knew about it (t/n: Only Mogi and Yuiri), and I hate it that this would result in other people not knowing about it. I was confused on whether to tell everyone, or to keep it from everyone, hence I chose to keep silent about it."

Yurina is impartially kind towards everyone.

Yurina is vigorous, carefree, and it's such a pity that I won't be able to see her performance that I really love anymore.

But, she's always with a bright smile, she's put it as her mission to become in charge of the variety face, she's delicate. It's because it's Yurina that it was painful to many of us. She'll definitely succeed in her new Psychology path.

Although I am unreliable, even if I can't do anything for her, in AKB I was Yurina's only captain.

This would not change even after graduation. In the future, if she's troubled or when she couldn't move forward, I'd like her to rely on me.

It wasn't all good times throughout but I'm glad that Yurina is in Team 4.

[NICONICO NEWS] Takashima Yurina's graduation performance, all of the 13th gen assembled! The old Team 4 members too made a surprise appearance!

Minegishi Team 4 served as the last stage at the AKB theater this year and simultaneously, it was also Takashima Yurina's graduation stage whose graduating from AKB to concentrate on her studies.

27th of December 2014 (Saturday) AKB48 theater

Takashima serves on the drums for the band during the opening song Idol no Yoake and she was smiling the whole time. However, even from this song Okada Nana and Nishino Miki were already shedding tears. After that, during the dance interval, members would hug Takashima or they would exchange words by whispering. Each of them delivered their own way of saying farewell.

During Haru ichiban ga fuku koro, the fans continuously call out "Yuurin!" from the start of the song. Although large drop of tears could be seen from Takashima, she continuously performed the whole song with a smile on her face as a response to the fans' encouragement.

The MC corner's topic was 'Memories with Yurina'. There were stories about having meals in private, exciting conversations, and there were also members who cried. Murayama Yuiri's story that someone mistook "Yuurin" and "Yuiri" and thought Yuiri was graduating made everyone laughed.

Takashima was pulled into the unit song Tengoku Yarou, a unit she's not involved in. The captain Minegishi Minami acted out a troubled face and asked "I heard that you're graduating, it's a lie right?"

After the encore ended, Takashima chose to perform RESET and Te wo tsunaginagara with the 13th gen. For the sake of this performance, Aigasa Moe, Umeta Ayano, and Oshima Ryoka who are currently in different teams came to complete the 10-person 13th gen. The lyrics "We are the 13th gen!" was included in RESET.

In addition, she received letters from the Team 4 members who couldn't appear on the stage that day; Kotani Riho and Shibuya Nagisa, kennins from NMB. Furthermore, the old Team 4 members; Kojima Mako, Hashimoto Hikari, and Uchiyama Natsuki came as a surprise. This made Takashima burst into tears.

Yuiri: How was the last year for you?

Ayaka: Last year was a year filled with worries. There's plenty of times where I thought I should quit. But when Team 4 was created, I was really glad that I'm in that team.. No matter how many times I've thought of quitting, Saki-chan would stop me, staff-san would stop me as well.. "You still have a bright future so hang on!" They really supported me.. When they announced the Dai Sokaku I was really surprised. I wasn't excited for it at all. When we had to sing Seijun Philosophy for the last time at the Tetsuna stage, I really didn't want to do that. Honestly, I was initially slightly apprehensive when I had to sing together with this (new) Team 4. But when I became members with these people, when we became a team, I realised that I have slightly changed. Therefore, although there were times when I felt down, it's thanks to them, I've really received courage from them. So, even though there were times I felt down, it was a fun year altogether. 

Yuiri: What kind of year do you want the year ahead to be? 

Ayaka: Now that I'm 16 I'm no longer bounded by the 9pm rule. Therefore I'd be able to appear more for concerts. Also, now that I'm 16 I'd like to go and play with members~ Last year I was really bad at inviting people out. Since I'm 16 and a high school student, my feelings of wanting to make friends have tenfold. So I want to make friends.. Even here too I want to be brave and talk one-on-one with the members a lot, to go out with them.. I want to deepen the individual bonds (with the members). And to the fans, I've been told that I've changed since my birthday last year. Did I? [Fans: You have!]

Yuiri: Me too, I think you've changed. You've become stronger, I hardly see you cried.

Ayaka: I'm crying less nowadays. But generally there's plenty of times that I've cried in front of the fans. But my fans are really nice. I've become abled to have conversations with the fans during handshake events, and it has become fun. Therefore from now on I want to make my fans smile, and I want to deepen the bonds with members and the same gen.

Yuiri: Ayaka, in terms of job aspects, how would you like it to grow? 

Ayaka: My dream of becoming a model hasn't changed yet. I think that the road ahead is still long, and I don't know saying 'still' is bad or not.. I want to walk on it at my own pace. Also, I want to be an extra in a drama. 

Mitsuki: Not the leading role?

Ayaka: I want to experience the atmosphere of a shoot. Therefore, even being a predestrian is fine. I want to increase my experience of work. I don't know how long this will take.. But that's the dream I can think of now.

Yuiri: Finally, do you have anything to say to the fans who made this lovely birthday celebration?
