I don't know if this might have fallen through the generational gap? Or maybe the referance is too British maybe? But I've seen people just not get it, or not react at all to it.

There's an old joke about celebrities and preformers: "If you haven't got any talent, wear a big hat."

Basically if your not talented enough to be interesting, then dress extravagantly and be very flamboyant, to distract people into hopefully not noticing that you're all bravado with no skill to back it up.

Basically, Vox just straight up calling Lucifer a fraud, and saying he should have realised just by looking at him.

But you know what's even funnier? This is also a burn to Valantino, who also wears a big hat, but isn't shown to be that powerful unless he literally owns your soul. So this is possibly what Vox actually thinks about Vals skills.

Because like, yes they live for millions of years, but they don’t seem to have a set end point in their life span, it depends more on how much care they get

Like take a look at Ratchet, he’s probably around 9-10 million years old, at least that’s what I assume, and he’s very clearly an old man, and was much young 4 million years ago during the war and has visibly aged in that time

But then you have characters like Ultra Magnus and Megatron, who look basically identical at both points in time (outside of certain body changes for alt mode reasons), and are likely much older than Ratchet (Megatron we know is 70 million)

It’s also this way with characters like the other older members of Autobot High Command or the Decepticons as well, still (presumably) looking relatively similar to how they did in the war, unlike Ratchet

The most likely reason for this difference seems to be the level of care the bots get. Ultra Magnus and Megatron are the leaders of their factions, they’d get plenty of care to make sure their systems are operational and up to date, particularly Megatron since he’s actively fighting. Meanwhile, Ratchet seems to have largely been forgotten and abandoned by the Autobots after the war, despite his importance with Project Omega (even if granted that was by accident), and so likely he hasn’t gotten nearly as much care for his systems as those important members of the factions

It’s kind of like our machines, actually. Take good care of your electronics, maybe try to get it repaired if something goes wrong, and it’ll last much longer. But neglect and take poor care of your electronics, and they’ll break much faster

I sign up for a free magazine subscriptions with an alt email, have for literal YEARS. There's always been a bit of spam mail generated from this, that's why its on an alt. About a year ago, I filled out a form for one, and didn't notice that the name autocorrected to the male version of my name.

This has for SOME reason unlocked a previously unknown level of spam and bullshit emails, all addressed to ~male version of name~. I got maybe 10 or so messages a day before, now there's at least 15-20 emails going 'download our free book on how crypto can improve your life!!1!!!' and 'MALE NAME, top 20 plumbing fixes you can do yourself!' dropping into my inbox every day.

Step 1: if anyone seems too good to be true it's a red flag. Remember water melons

Step 2: if the person whom you are crushing or seeing seems to get to know u fast, or want to know everything about u at the starting of dating it's a red flag.

Step 3: this is especially for my ladies. If a man wants to charm you, he will do anything and everything in his power to get you noticed. So always be aware of your surroundings and observe him.

There are many types of narcissists in this world or around you. (This is again for my ladies)

1. The infamous one: self obsessed to the point where everything is about him, if you say about your achivement he brings up his achievements and dismisses yours.

2. Victim narcissists: he is always a victim, he plays it as this world had treated me so bad and I'm trying to overcome it. He uses his family member, mother's, sisters to make him feel like a victim.

3. Abusive narcissists: he will abuse u with a smile, how to figure it out. Backhand comments, making u feel stupid, dismissing your ability. Things related to ur intellect, empathy and other stuffs he will abuse it.

Manipulators: well we all know how a manipulator would test his victim.

Yes it's by testing your boundary.

Let's say he said something about your appearance and ur first instinct is to explain it why it is or change it. Congratulations u are his victim now.

How to protect yourself from all of these negative predators or mental/psychological disordered people.

1. Always put yourself first.

2. Never change your methods or way for a person whom u met few weeks ago. (If you have a schedule at Sunday 6 pm to play videos fckng play the video game), (if u just want to take rest on Sunday just do it. Don't adjust your plans for someone whom u don't even know completely )

3. Give time (actually this should be first anyways) take it slow as fuck. People who are trying to pretend to someone they aren't, wouldn't last long. The max is 3 months they will pretend. ( So your goal is to take is as slow as possible)

4. Never share your vulnerabilities, if he is sharing his vulnerabilities so quickly its bcz he wants to manipulate u.

5. Always observe your surroundings, esp the person with whom you are interacting with. If you ever get a ick on his behavior or how he speaks focus more on it.

6. If you know he's manipulating and u are trying to manipulate him. Well it's a dangerous game so play carefully.
