I need to wash my hands after that. What a disgusting individual.
Alright folks, time to engage in some funny Internet Discourse! Who's ready for my latest hot take? Nobody? Well too bad. Today we're tackling:
"It's racist to not enjoy rap music."
I mean, the statement already has flaws, rap is varied in so many way one could say the term "rap" is referring to several genres as a whole, making "rap" a macrogenre in the same field as "electronic" and "world" but this is Funny Internet Discourse so we're using the stupid statement.
I give you my opinion, with the disclaimer that i do enjoy some styles of rap and can provide artists I listen to in request;
Why the fuck are we policing people's music tastes???
No seriously, why are people's private music tastes suddenly subject to the judgement of random strangers? If someone doesn't like rap, they just don't like rap. If they say otherwise, that's on them, but fucking hells below and heavens above, where did "innocent until proven guilty" go?
I leave this normal human opinion here: Unless other people are making their reasons behind not liking something known, and those reasons are something blatantly unacceptable, maybe just live and let live yeah?
To end this off with a controversial bang, no, not liking rap doesn't make you a racist.
